Fees and pricing will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

Harbor Local does not store full credit card information.

You authorize Harbor Local to charge applicable fees associated with your purchases.

If Harbor Local offers recurring subscriptions, they will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

AI-generated recommendations are provided for convenience and should not be considered professional advice.

Harbor Local strives to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Harbor Local makes no warranties regarding:

• Quality of services offered by businesses
• Availability of the platform
• User-generated content
• Search rankings

Users are responsible for evaluating businesses independently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbor Local shall not be liable for:

• Lost business opportunities
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages

Harbor Local's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Harbor Local during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Harbor Local, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your submitted content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your infringement of another person's rights

Harbor Local may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the platform.

Users may discontinue use of Harbor Local at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore City or Baltimore County, Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Harbor Local may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
